Oat Flour

It’s so easy and inexpensive to make oat flour at home that I never buy it at the store. And it’s such a great flour to use in baked goods to add fiber, flavor, and whole grains. It’s a staple in my pantry, is super quick to make, and is a good gluten-free flour option if you or someone in your family eats GF.

TIP: I use it in baked goods like muffins, bars, and cake, but you can also use oat flour as instant oatmeal.
