TIP: Below you’ll find links to full recipes and a recipe at the bottom of this post for easy English Muffin Pizzas.

Pizza Toast
I love this so much that I often make it just for me! Lightly toast bread, then spread on a little pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella. Place onto a pie plate or baking sheet and pop under the broiler set on High on a rack about 4-6 inches away and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Pizza Muffins
Bake a batch of easy Pizza Muffins for the flavor kids love, in an easy to eat (and reheat!) format that works SO well for little kids. (And parents.) These healthy muffins have a dose of shredded carrots for extra nutrition and are an easy lunch option to pack or serve at home.

Pesto Pizza
With three simple ingredients, iron and Vitamin C in the sauce, and a kid-friendly format, this super easy Pesto Pizza is a perfect kids lunch or dinner…that parents will enjoy too!

Mini Pizza Rolls
This Mini Spinach and Cheese Pizza Roll recipe is packed with nutrition—and even greens!—but the cheese, and silly spiral shape makes them much more appealing to toddlers and big kids! And you can make them in about 30 minutes and stash them in the fridge or freezer for future meals.

Pizza Pockets with Broccoli

They are a super fun way to change up how you usually serve pizza AND are easier to make than you might think.

Greek Pita Pizza
With a simple no-cook method plus whole grains, plant-based protein, and probiotics, these easy Greek Pita Pizzas are a super quick and easy dinner (or lunch!) for kids.

Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
Learn how to make the easiest whole wheat pizza dough without kneading and with a very small amount of yeast. It has amazing flavor, can be made ahead, and requires zero kneading!

English Muffin Pizza
With just three ingredients, this short-cut pizza is a super simple meal option. We like to do it with whole grain English Muffins, but any work. And you can do pizza sauce or pesto, depending on what your kids like. Cut up for younger kids to make them a little easier to chew.
TIP: Get the full recipe at the bottom of this post!
You can do red sauce, pesto, or just brush with olive oil. Kid-friendly pizza toppings may include chopped broccoli, pepperoni, cooked sausage, mushrooms, mini meatballs, shredded chicken…there are so many options!
Be sure to salt your dough and to use a sauce that you like the flavor of. You can also add extra pizza seasoning to add the classic pizza flavor.
Pizza muffins and Pizza Rolls work really well to make ahead and reheat, but almost any pizza can be reheated in a toaster or regular oven for a few minutes (or until the cheese is melted) at 375 degrees F.
