August Meal Plan: Week 1
As we start a new month, I am already feeling the back-to-school energy starting. And while I know we all have a range of ages and stages, this time of year can be a lot. To help, this week’s meal plan is here to take a little of the work off your shoulders. You can use the meal in its entirety, or remove recipes to narrow it down a little. You can also edit the shopping list to show just what you need, to ensure you don’t miss anything at the store.
I have been using the YTF meal plans to make sure I have what I need on hand for the coming week—I make a quick shopping list and check things off! And it has been helping my brain get organized, especially with somewhat chaotic summer schedules.
I included recipes for every meal of the day in this plan, but you can remove anything you don’t want or just narrow it down so you have a few things ready to go. Totally up to you!
